Tiara 3600 Open

Tiara aims to satisfy both cruisers and anglers with a posh, comfortable cabin and a functional, fishing-ready open cockpit.


Tabs must be lowered for the boat to get up on plane without significant bow rise. And it takes 5-1/2 turns of the wheel to get from lock to lock—that’s too long. We’d prefer tighter steering: three to four turns.
It’s not Tiara Boats, nor Tiara Marine, nor Tiara Boatbuilding. The Holland, MI, builder’s moniker is Tiara Yachts. And there’s reason for that.

Tiaras are the antithesis of some of the bare-bones New England- and West Coast-style boats we’ve reviewed in the past few years. The Seaworthy 28, with its spartan cockpit, helm deck, and cabin, comes to mind right away.
